Belvoir Castle looking for new businesses to join its Engine Yard shopping village
New businesses are being sought by Belvoir Castle to take up residence in its shopping village, the Engine Yard. According to the Belvoir Estate, it is looking for high calibre retail tenants, concessions or operators to establish and run their business within the development, which was opened in 2018.
There are three units currently available on the site created from restored industrial buildings. New businesses would be joining established stores selling premium food and drink, homewares, fashion and jewellery, as well as health and beauty retailers, plus the Fuel Tank cafe and Balloon Bar.

Antony Haslam, property manager at Belvoir Castle, said: “This is a rare and exciting opportunity to integrate into the Engine Yard project as it goes from strength to strength. Belvoir Castle attracts very large visitor numbers all year round and the addition of our new playground this summer is set to make it an even more popular destination.”
Other new additions to the Engine Yard include Vale House, a nine-bedroom property for overnight stays, joining the already popular glamping site. Pop-up markets have also been introduced this year, with local artists, boutiques, artisan food and drink producers, wellbeing brands and florists joining the permanent range of stores in the Vale of Belvoir retail village.
