A guy was shot in the head Saturday at a shopping mall in South Carolina.Anderson Law enforcement Chief Jim Stewart explained to information retailers that the taking pictures took place at Anderson Mall, and investigators believe the shooter and victim know each other.Anderson Law enforcement Section Assistant Main Nikki Carson mentioned the victim was taken by helicopter to Greenville Memorial Medical center. His problem was not instantly known.
